Dear Dr. Capone‚
I want to thank you and your staff.I was a 19-year-old with severely low self–esteem and was unable to wear regular clothing due to the size of my breasts. Being only 19 years old, you counseled my parents and me to ensure that I was interested in breast augmentation for only the right reasons. And I was.
The procedure changed my life. I had always been a leader and always excelled at schoolwork. After the procedure, my self–esteem was higher so I felt more capable socially as well as in the areas in which I was already strong.
The reason now that I write to you was the final test. I recently had a baby. I had heard horror stories of women with breast implants who were unable to breastfeed, but even prior to the surgery you had assured me that I would be able to breastfeed my children, something that was very far in the future but nonetheless important to me.

I wanted to take some time to express my sincere gratitude to you. In your mind you may say that you’ve performed breast augmentation and abdominoplasty on me. In my mind, I say that you’ve enhanced my whole life. Not only am I thrilled with the results, I carry myself in an entirely different way. I used to be embarrassed about certain parts of my body and I would do whatever I could to conceal them. Now I want everyone to see how nice I look. You’ve done so much more for me than you realize, and I will be forever grateful.Before I came to you, I consulted with other plastic surgeons about the same procedures.
